Please feel free to feedback any comments on N4L products and services, we are always receptive to input that can help us meet and exceed customer expectations
For any complaint then please note our procedure below.
• For questions relating to a specific product we ask that you have available the associated product name and serial number
• We will confirm receipt of your correspondence within 24 working hours
• You will be assigned a complaint reference number (CRN)
• Your comments will be passed onto the appropriate department for consideration
• You will be kept informed of how your CRN is progressing
• We aim to complete all CRN’s within 30 days
• Upon acknowledgement that the CRN has been completed it will be closed down and filed
